Cuff your Locks -Kardashian Style

So with a love for sexy shiny healthy long hair, the Kardashian
Style & hot accessorise I thought I would share a few hair styling secrets so that we can all
feel the hair love and loose the hair envy! This elegant but sexy understated look is
simple to create and can be worn from day to night.
Lets go girls...

Mason & Pearson soft brush, sectioning clip, comb-Salon International

Full head of good quality extensions if needed for length/volume-Cinderella Hair

Styling irons-Cloud Nine

Sheering elastic/bobble-Salon International

Hair cuffs-H&M

Hair spray-Boots/Superdrug

Ok so 1st you need to prep your freshly cleansed treated & conditioned
Hair its super important that your hair has that
Luxurious high shine healthy feel for this look!
 Decide weather you would like
your pony to be straight or wavy then create this style
through out your own hair & extensions using your styling iron.
Personally i would go for a centre parting if you decide straight and
off centre/side if you decide wavy :)
Now you are prepped & ready for the next step…

Now you need to add the extensions to your hair (if this applies to you)
Do this by using your sectioning clip and sectioning
Your hair from the bottom to the top of your head
Adding a row of extensions as you go J
A good tip is so create a small pad of backcombing with your comb
Were ever an extension clip is going to sit this creates
Support as the clip locks into the backcombing this
makes sure your extensions are going no
were & feel more comfortable.
Another handy tip is to keep your extension clips away from your
Hairline we don’t what anyone knowing our little secret ;)
Make sure it is all natural hair in areas that are more exposed
& we are good to go!

Next we are going to blend our natural hair with our
Extensions using our soft brush and quite firmly brushing our whole
head of hair. If you went for a wavy look this will give
your waves shine and glamorous volume. If you decided to go straight
this will give your hair shine and make it super sexy sleek!

Which look did you go for?

Wavy –loosely & casually take your hair back into a low/mid/high
pony using only your hands, pull sections out around your
face to create softness. Tie using sheering elastic (you may need a friend to help)
or a bobble, pull super tight then continue to perfect your pony until you
are happy. The wavy look is not perfect so do not try
to make it look neat girls!

Straight –again using your soft brush neatly work the hair
back into a low/mid/high pony, work especially on your hairline
making sure there are no stray or baby hairs out of place then secure using
sheering elastic (you may need a friend to help) or bobble, pull
super tight then continue to perfect your pony until you
are happy. The straight look is perfection so make
sure not one hair is out of place for that extra
fierce look!

Hairspray...
Finally add your super sexy cool hair cuff around the base
of your pony & you add instant glam!

Natural Beauty

I am about to share with you a few of my hair & skin care must have products
along with tips and tricks on how i use them so relax & take some
time to pamper yourself girls! Enjoy :)

I will start with hair as this is my job and passion. So girls have you ever
taken things a little too far and your hair hasnt been able to handle it?
Maybe it was too much colour, blowdrying, curling,
straightening along with irregular cuts? We have all been there, split end central!!
And worst thing is you are trying to grow your hair, you want long
flowing shiney locks.
Well listen up...the photo above is of a hair care collection
that I invested in recently & it has worked wonders! My hair has gone
from feeling over processed, dull, lifeless and split to having
a high shine & feeling smooth, soft and split end free!
I put this down to using my new products properly & religiously &
also the fact that they are natural & made from pure plant
extracts, no chemicals are in these bottles and there
for are not polluting your hair! Perfect!
So use these products in the order they are stood in the photo
shampoo first twice then rinse, towel dry your hair, apply the treatment
leave on for around 20 mins then rinse, towel dry then add conditioner for
the same amount of time as you shampoo'd your hair, finally rinse with
cool water for extra shine, towel dry your hair then add
the daily hair repair styling leave in treatment before you blowdry!
Trust me, you wont be disapointed!

Now onto skincare...up until recently i have totally abused my skin by
being a baby wipe worshiper, thats all id ever use just baby wipes no moisturiser
no deep clensers, nothing! And with the occasional sunbed,
applying make up everyday etc etc this was not good! My skin looked clean but
to be honest not great! I went to seek advice from someone who
specialised in skin care & she said by using baby wipes every
morning & evening I was cleaning the surface of my skin and make up off
but pushing the left over make up deep into my pores
causing the odd angry spot every now and again and unsightly blackheads which
i hate! I wanted to be as close as i could get to the airbrushed girls
in the magazines and i have learnt it is kind of possible (kind of haha) with the
right products for your skin type and good use of them :)
My skin type is oily to normal so I was reccomended the AVEDA tourmaline
range which consisted of a clenser, exfoliant, toner and a moisturiser.
All new to me as ewww as it sounds!
Same goes for these AVEDA products no harmful chemicals, all natural so your
skin with respond to them well, our bodys do not respond
to fake scents or additives which means our bodys have to work
hard to get rid of them. On the other hand natural scents, colours and
ingredients work in sync with our bodys we accept them and they do us good :)
I use the products again in the order they are stood in the photo &
the order I introduced them in above.
Making sure I use warm water to open my pores before clensing and cold water
to rinse off my clenser to close my pores. Then pat my face
dry with a clean towel then go onto use my exfoliant with a piece of
clean cotton wool, spritz the toner across my face and neck (very refreshing)
leave that to dry naturally then moisturise :)
I do this morning and night.
Very easy and beneficial I have noticed a huge change in my skin,
 Happy days!

Jeffrey Campbell i love you

Ok so the 1st time I spotted a Jeffrey Campbell Lita shoe in a magazine all my shoe dreams became a reality! A big high, glam, sexy, a little clumsy goofy looking shoe boot that look and feel amazing, so comfy because your foot is actually flat in them not on a slant. They go with pretty much anything and come in a huge range of amazing colours and prints! I spent around £120 on mine from Office there range is growing which is great they now have 2 stands with a range of different style JC’s. Next id like some glittery ones!

And I didn’t stop there…and they were not glittery. Even better, studded! There called the Tawny shoe, available in black and beige. I preferred the beige for summer time and I always tend to buy black things so thought I would make a change. I love these shoes not just because they are ‘fierce & dangerous!’ but because they have 2 anklet like straps that fasten around your ankle with Velcro, I am always wearing lots of holiday anklets so I love the feeling of having 2 studded and spiked ones on with these amazing shoes! They are not as comfy as the Litas are as they do put your foot on quite a slant but who cares no pain no gain, by far my best pair of heels I own, can not wait to get my 1st wear out of them this weekend!
